By registering as a PU Peptides affiliate, you agree to the following terms.
1. Program Overview
Approved affiliates receive a unique referral code/link. When a customer uses your code at checkout, you earn a commission on the qualifying order subtotal (excluding shipping, taxes, and refunded orders).
2. Commission and Payouts
- Commission rate: 15% of order subtotal
- Customer benefit: your code gives the customer 10% off their order
- Payouts are issued monthly for balances of $50 or more
- Commissions on refunded or cancelled orders are reversed
- Self-referrals (using your own code on your own purchases) are not permitted
3. Marketing Rules — Strictly Enforced
As an affiliate you agree that you will NOT:
- Make any health, medical, therapeutic, weight-loss, performance, or benefit claims about any product
- Describe, imply, or depict human or animal consumption or administration of any product
- Market to anyone under 21 years of age
- Use dosage language or usage protocols in any promotional content
- Bid on PU Peptides branded terms in paid search, or run paid ads using our brand name without written approval
- Use spam, unsolicited messaging, or misleading promotional practices
All promotional content must present products as research-use-only compounds. Violation of these rules results in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
4. Relationship
Affiliates are independent parties, not employees or agents of PU Peptides. You are responsible for your own taxes on commission income.
5. Termination and Changes
We may modify commission rates or terms with notice, and may terminate any affiliate account at our discretion for violation of these terms.
